Bayonet Tire Inflator Gauge - Dually Truck Tire Air Chuck Head, 120 Max PSI

MiltonĀ® (#522) Bayonet Tire Inflator Gauge - Dual Truck Tire Chuck Head, 120 Max PSI

Milton's #522 Bayonet Tire Inflator Gauge is specially designed for dual and dually truck tires, offering unparalleled performance and convenience. Featuring a dual head chuck, this gauge ensures easy access to truck/tire valves, making tire maintenance a breeze. Constructed with heavy-duty materials, it guarantees long-lasting durability, even under constant use.

Equipped with a lever action mechanism, this bayonet gauge provides effortless operation, while its replaceable valve and gauge cartridges simplify maintenance. The included 12" hose boasts a pressure range of 10-120 PSI (in 2-lb. increments) or 80-840 kPa (in 20 kPa increments), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of tire types.

With 1/4" NPT threads, all MiltonĀ® hose whips are compatible and interchangeable with any of the 4 MiltonĀ® Bayonet Inflator Gauge bodies, including #520, #521, #522, and #523. Additionally, the gauge features a jumbo white nylon indicator bar for easy reading, even in low-light conditions.

Recommended Replacement Parts:

S-522s replacement air hose whip: MiltonĀ® #527 (12-inch hose whip w/dual truck tire chuck head).

S-522s replacement air chuck: MiltonĀ® #500-4.

Replacement cartridge for #520-523: MiltonĀ® #525.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

If using a dual head type tire chuck with an inflator gauge and notice air is escaping through the off-side once connected to the tires Schrader valve, simply release the trigger and remove the inflator from the Schrader/tire valve. Point the straight side of the outlet up into the air (make sure its not pointed at someone). Squeeze trigger, allow air to flow (gravity will cause the sealing valve to drop), and place the chuck end onto the Schrader/tire valve while air is still flowing. Air will start to flow into the tire.

Dual head type tire chucks are unable to inflate a completely flat (zero air pressure) tire. Tire air pressure would normally cause the sealing valve to move and seal the unused side of the chuck. However, if a tire has 0 air pressure, the self-sealing valve has no pressure to react to.

This hose whip is free-flowing and cannot be used without the Bayonet Inflator Gauge- Air is turned on/off by the bayonet controller. If connected directly to an air source, air will constantly flow out.
